The first month follows a documented transition: a shared issue log opens on day one, the assigned crew is stabilized, and we hold weekly quality reviews with you. If agreed onboarding standards are not met, we credit back a portion of your first month.
Site managers and supervisors conduct scored inspections, document findings and track issues through a shared issue log. Clients also have a dedicated account manager to coordinate follow-up and resolve service issues as they arise.
